Need I say more? I've driven around 15000 miles in 2yrs I spent in US. Its taken me 4yrs and zillion attempts to do 150kms since I'm back. Y'day, it was all flooded after incessant rains from last 4 days so I decided to skip the bike, which was the easy part. And drive to work, which was really difficult and it took me 3hrs to make up my mind.

Lots has been said about the desi traffic and road conditions so I do not need to flog a dead horse. But trust me, I wasn't a pretty sight driving. Felt as if I was sitting at the ledge trying to fathom the depths of the valley below, every time a water logging approached. Nerve racking is what i call this experience. Crossing rivulets in Ladakh wasn't as scary as wading through the potholes in Pune and i can not wait to get back on the bike! But yeh, i will probably not shy away from driving anymore, even in peak traffic! So hurrah!
